Inaugurating MMU – Special Initiative Of TKM With Seed CSR

 On the 19th November 2017,  Toyota Kirloskar Motor  along with SEED CSR inaugurated a Mobile Medical Unit [MMU] and conducted a specialized health camp at Ramnagara. The whole event was conducted and managed by the field team of SEED CSR . The event was held at Government High School in Sheshagirihalli, where Toyota’s first employee volunteerism engagement ‘ICARE’ was initiated, which was aimed at inciting a sense of social responsibility and care towards the society among the employees. Inaugurating Centre Of Excellence ( Skill Development CSR Initiative In India ) By DAFFPL And SeedCSR

  The need of a skilled person is the most important thing which exist in the today’s globalized world. Our country is also not far behind in fulfilling this task of making every effort to make its youth skilled and talented. Apart from the policies formulated by the government to enhance the skill qualities of the youth through   CSR initiatives in India , the individual corporates are also trying to tackle this issue through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) interventions. Delhi Aviation Fuel Facility Private Limited (DAFFPL) has also tried to benefit maximum number of youth under their CSR paradigm. Partnering with SeedCSR, it has opened a Learning and Skill Development Centre in Mahipalpur for imparting skill training to the potential candidates in electric fitter trade and housekeeping.   Why is Rural Sustainable Development Important? The Government of India has launched several poverty alleviation programmes in rural areas in terms of agriculture, technology, education and infrastructure to boost the socio-economic status of farmers and marginal workers. Globally, this is recognized as a major challenge for the governments to bridge the gap between development in the urban and rural sector. SEED CSR  through its project “Pragati” is implementing various sustainable development interventions in seven villages falling under Bargarh municipal district of Odisha.   Many students from different areas in Telangana expressed their gratitude towards  SEED CSR  and Renew Power for changing the face of their school. “ Investing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not about doing charity but it is about giving back to the society.” The condition of Mandal Parishad Primary School, situated in Chagi Village falling under district Kurnool, was in deplorable condition. The students had no other option but to use the toilet facility here that had no water supply, study in a class that looked more like an under construction building with damaged walls and no drinking water facility. How SEED CSR & ORIX Joined Hands To Change The Face Of This Village?

  SEED CSR  implemented the “Village Development Programme” — A CSR initiative of ORIX, in Mograj village of Maharashtra SEED CSR  and ORIX joined hands in 2017 to give shape to the dreams of people living in various villages falling under Raigarh district of Maharashtra. The project took off in three phases — the first phase took off in 2017, second phase in 2018 and the third phase of this project is on-going. Mograj village is a small ru r al area in Raigarh district of Maharashtra, which has a population of only 630 people, but it lacks the basic amenities. Financial Literacy Made Easy With SEED CSR & FIS

  SEED CSR & FIS through their CSR initiative trained the youth and women in Kamothe Village in Navi Mumbai in financial literacy and skill development, giving them an opportunity to compete with the world and helped in opening avenues for job opportunities. In 2018,  SEED CSR  implemented the third phase of the project with the aim to empower the youth and women and help the communities to build a sustainable livelihood. What is Financial Literacy? Financial literacy aims t o  equip people with knowledge and skills to manage finances effectively. It helps people in making them self-sufficient and achieve financial stability.
